Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of this platform. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

- Account refers to a registered user profile created to access features of the Platform.
- We, Us, Our refers to Ideaniacin and its authorized representatives.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account, enrolling in a seminar, or otherwise using the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Ideaniacin under these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments to these Terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use the Platform with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet these requirements or who provides false eligibility information.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to register an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated at all times.
4.2 Credentials and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account with any third party or permit unauthorized access. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility.
4.3 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we believe your credentials have been compromised or if your Account is being used in violation of these Terms.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with its intended educational purpose.
Permitted uses include:
- Accessing and viewing licensed educational content for personal, non-commercial learning.
- Participating in seminars, discussions, and interactive sessions as intended by the Platform.
- Communicating with instructors and other participants through provided channels.
- Downloading materials explicitly made available for offline use.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Platform:
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from Platform Content without express written permission.
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or index any part of the Platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or databases connected to the Platform.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any material intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform.
- Impersonating any person, entity, or Ideaniacin representative.
- Posting or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection measures.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing access to the Platform or its Content without prior authorization.
- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, user interface elements, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Ideaniacin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit any other use.
7.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the Platform — including discussion posts, comments, or uploaded files — you grant Ideaniacin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
8. Payments and Enrollment
8.1 Fees
Certain seminars and features may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of enrollment and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon your next enrollment or renewal.
8.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and current.
8.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by the Refund Policy available on the Platform. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your Account or enrollment at any time by following the procedures described in your Account settings or by contacting us at help@ideania.com. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or its users.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform and its Content ceases immediately.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose. Educational content is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any field.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ideaniacin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ideaniacin in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of one month's access fee, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ideaniacin and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account.
17. Governing Principles
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with generally accepted principles of fairness and good faith. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ideaniacin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
